First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 5.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 88,838 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. TIA! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
