Blountville housing prices -when will it stop?
Hey, I've been here for 13 years and Rent is about $914/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Let me know your thoughts.
