Best apartments in Blue Ash under ?

Longtime lurker here, Rent is about $1,511/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here?

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.
