Curious what people think. Rent is about $1,511/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $116,663 in Blue Ash. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this? Appreciate any input. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
