Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 5.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 59,416, Blue Springs is a smaller city. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Anyone in a similar situation? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
