Curious what people think. We have two kids and Rent is about $1,213/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,213 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Blue Springs sits at 178.7 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
