Longtime lurker here, You can expect to pay around $790 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The safety is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from Tampa and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Greenfield. It's pretty good for what you get.
Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in finance. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.
People: Generally average. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like BBQ.
Definitely worth checking out..
