Hey folks, The median home value here is around $101,000, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $43,826 in Bluefield. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
