Alright, Been living here since 2021. The median home value here is around $652,000, which is pretty steep. It's a a small town city with about 18,168 people. Rent is about $1,864/month for a decent place. With a population of 18,168, Bluffdale is a small town. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots? Any help is appreciated. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
