I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The housing market is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.
I've been here 13 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is surprisingly good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Midtown side vs the Lakewood side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
No regrets on my end..

Bought a house here in 2019 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
