What surprised you most about Bluffton?

Anyone else feel this way? Household incomes average around $105,463 in Bluffton. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I've lived in Westside for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Lots of new development happening
- The housing market scene is average

The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
