Hey folks, With a population of 31,323, Bluffton is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
