Is Blythe worth it salary-wise?

Anyone else feel this way? The median home value here is around $203,800, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to.

Weather-wise, the summers are surprisingly good and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much manageable but now it's decent.
