My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a small town city with about 5,309 people. The median home value here is around $368,300, which seems about average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Would love some local perspective. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
