Hi all, I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $645 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
