Longtime lurker here, I'm a 22-year-old electrician and It's a a small town city with about 10,847 people. Rent is about $645/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

I've lived in Midtown for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Phoenix, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Active local events and festivals
- The school system scene is challenging
The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Bugs and humidity in summer
Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for couples. Definitely worth checking out..

- Good internet infrastructure
- The traffic scene is better than expected
The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Road conditions need improvement
Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for couples. Happy to answer more specific questions..
