Boca Raton housing prices -when will it stop?

First post here. You can expect to pay around $2,334 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Let me know your thoughts. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a accountant, 33, moved here 11 years ago from Houston. I've lived in East and Highland, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**
1. Good healthcare facilities
2. Strong job market in several industries
3. Affordable housing options
4. The people are generally average - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**
1. Can feel isolated
2. Limited entertainment options
3. The school system situation is developing and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- East: Great for young professionals. decent vibes, walkable.
- Highland: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Houston, everything felt hit or miss. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are stable. Gas is growing. You can live comfortably on $70K-$100K here.

**Final verdict:**
Definitely worth checking out.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to Seattle it's decent.
