First time home buyer in Boca Raton

OK so Just moved here 1 months ago and The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The job market is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
