Housing market in Boca Raton — is it worth buying?
Median home value here is around $660,100. Prices are steep but there are pockets of affordability. For those renting, typical rent is $2334.
Is now a good time to buy in Boca Raton? Or better to keep renting?
Looking for opinions from both homeowners and renters.

Downtown is overrated and overpriced. The suburbs offer way better value.

If you can afford it, Maple Heights is the best place to live. Period.
