Hey, I'm originally from Cincinnati and Rent is about $2,334/month for a decent place. Median household income is $102,722, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $660,100 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
