Is it worth buying in Boca Raton?

OK so We have two kids and The median home value here is around $660,100, which is pretty steep. Household incomes average around $102,722 in Boca Raton. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Let me know your thoughts.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. Hope this helps!.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 2 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is better than expected.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The West side vs the South side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 6 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the public transit is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.
