Longtime lurker here, I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $660,100 on average. Rent is about $2,334/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
