Anyone else feel this way? Military spouse here. The unemployment rate is 5.5%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $107,321, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Thanks!
