OK so I'm a 39-year-old HR manager and Homes are going for about $506,000 on average. It's a a small town city with about 9,306 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What would you do? Looking forward to hearing from you all. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
