OK so Homes are going for about $230,000 on average. Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 12,609, Boiling Springs is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
