How much do you pay for rent in Boiling Springs?

Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a small town city with about 12,609 people. Am I wrong here?

Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.

I've lived in South for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Decent public transit for the size
- The outdoor recreation scene is solid

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for families. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 7 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is healthcare. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into running, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Highland side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
