Living in Boiling Springs -the reality

Curious what people think. With a population of 12,609, Boiling Springs is a small town. Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $230,000, which is actually reasonable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Moved here from Atlanta about 4 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to walkability but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
