Best neighborhoods in Boise City

Median household income is $81,308, which feels pretty solid for the area. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great Korean places. I love the pace of life here.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from Salt Lake City about 7 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Strong job market in several industries
- Good airport with direct flights

Cons that are real:
- Property taxes are high
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are stable, gas is better than expected.

Socially, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
