I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,718/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What are your go-to spots? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
