Random thought, I'm retired and Household incomes average around $53,317 in Bolivar. Poverty rate is 11.8%, which is around average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
