Working in Bon Air -salaries realistic?

Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $97,620 in Bon Air. Homes are going for about $329,200 on average. The median home value here is around $329,200, which seems about average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What would you do? Thanks! The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Denver it's excellent.

Moved here from Minneapolis about 6 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to traffic but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
