Is Bonadelle Ranchos walkable?

Hey folks, Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think?

I've lived in The Heights for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from San Francisco, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Decent public transit for the size
- The housing market scene is tough

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for remote workers. Definitely worth checking out..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is challenging in most areas.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 6 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Maple Ridge side vs the Riverside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
