Freelancing from Bonduel -experience?

Been living here since 2016. Average temperature is around 43--F, so bundle up in winter. You can expect to pay around $725 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Would love some local perspective.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is challenging in most areas.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.
