Life in Bondurant as a young professional

Hey, Just moved here 7 months ago and The median home value here is around $288,600, which seems about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Bondurant?

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Pine Hills area are solid. Kids love it here.

Used to live on the Fairview side, now on the Sunset side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.
