I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 10,594 people. Rent is about $1,029/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $183,600 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Would love some local perspective.
