Bonita quality of life -am I missing something?

I'm originally from Cleveland and The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $117,750, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from San Diego and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Cedar Grove. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Asian.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
