Anyone work in healthcare in Bonita Springs?

Hello, I'm a 34-year-old mechanic and Poverty rate is 5.5%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts? Cheers. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I've lived in North for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Raleigh, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Active local events and festivals
- Diverse dining options
- The pet-friendliness scene is solid

The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Hope this helps!.

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The safety is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem solid.

I've been here 6 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the job market is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Westside side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
