Hi all, The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $90,486, which feels pretty solid for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The cost of living is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
