Biggest downsides of living in Bonita Springs?

Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $460,600, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 5.5%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 54,830, Bonita Springs is a smaller city. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up.
