Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 20s, and Median household income is $90,486, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $460,600 on average. Poverty rate is 5.5%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
