First post here. I work in engineering and It's a a smaller city city with about 54,830 people. With a population of 54,830, Bonita Springs is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $460,600, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $1,809 for rent here. Poverty rate is 5.5%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Let me know your thoughts.
