Moving to Bonita Springs -what should I know?
First post here. I work in engineering and It's a a smaller city city with about 54,830 people. With a population of 54,830, Bonita Springs is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $460,600, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $1,809 for rent here. Poverty rate is 5.5%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Let me know your thoughts. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up.
