I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Let me know your thoughts. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
