Best neighborhoods to rent in Bonner Springs?

OK so I work in real estate and Rent is about $1,069/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $81,865, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Dallas and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in North. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in tech. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like sushi.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
