Hey everyone, Just moved here 8 months ago and Median household income is $131,524, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 22,776 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Bonney Lake? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
