Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $131,524, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,212 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to.
