Hey folks, I'm single, late 40s, and It's a a small town city with about 9,060 people. Rent is about $615/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $615 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts? TIA! The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
