What Boonton does better than anywhere else
Been meaning to ask this. Been living here since 2023. Household incomes average around $100,417 in Boonton. It's a a small town city with about 8,803 people. You can expect to pay around $1,761 for rent here. Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to.
