Hi all, I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $51,321, which feels on the lower side for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
