How is Bossier City for outdoor activities?

So, Has anyone dealt with this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I've lived in The Heights for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Four distinct seasons
- Close to major attractions
- The safety scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for remote workers. Hope this helps!.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The pet-friendliness is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The cultural scene is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
