Boston - the truth nobody tells you

Random but

I'm currently renting in Seaport and trying to figure out my next move. The food scene in Seaport is honestly incredible.

Home prices averaging is {home_feel}. Home prices averaging is {home_feel}.

Grocery prices are creeping up but still manageable. People here are friendlier than I expected coming from Columbus.

Let me give you the perspective nobody asked for but everyone needs.

I've lived in North End, Back Bay, and currently in Dorchester. Each one feels like a different city honestly.

Rent comparison:
- North End: /mo for a 3-bed
- Back Bay: about /mo
- Dorchester: /mo but decent

Public transit is {transit_feel} - you'll want a car.. The key is finding your neighborhood. Once you do, Boston really clicks. Happy to answer questions.

We pay /mo in Somerville for a 2-bed and I could find cheaper but love the neighborhood. The food scene in {hood} is honestly incredible.
